Instructions
Step 1
. Pop the slices of bread into the toaster.
Step 2
. Meanwhile, remove the skin and de-stone the avocado.
Step 3
. Then using a bowl and a fork, mash the avocado then combine with the lime juice, salt and pepper.

. Using a frying pan on a medium-high heat, cook the bacon for around 15 minuets.
Step 5
. Next, cut the large tomatoes into thin slices. Wash and do the same with the gem lettuce.
Step 6
. Once the toast is done spread the avocado mixture equally onto all slices.
Step 7
. Equally lay the tomato slices and shredded lettuce on top of the avocado mix.
Step 8
. Finally, place 1 rasher of bacon onto each piece.
