5slices blueberry bread
keto, or any low calorie bread
½ cegg whites
¼ cunsweetened almond milk
cinnamon
to taste
1 Tbspsweetener
1 tspvanilla extract
non stick spray

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl mix the egg whites, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, & sweetener.
Step 2
2. Grease a pan with non stick spray.
Step 3
3. Dip the blueberry bread into the egg mixture. Make sure both sides are coated. (If you can’t find this bread any low calorie bread will do.)
Step 4
4. Cook the bread for 3 minutes on each or until they are golden brown.
Step 5
5. When ready to eat enjoy with your choice of toppings and/or sides.
