Instructions

Step 1
Use a food scale. Use a container with a vacuum seal lid. Place container on scale and zero out.
Step 2
Pour milk in container. Zero out and then pour oats in container. Zero out again and proceed to adding fruits and grains.
Step 3
Measure raspberries, zero out and add chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds.
Step 4
In a separate bowl measure yogurt and raspberry jam. Mix well. Add mixture to the other bowl with milk and oats.
Step 5
Mix all the ingredients and close container lid. Place in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy in the morning or lunch.
