A family Czech tradition at Thanksgiving. Our recipe uses saltine crackers instead of bread. I've never had any other version, yet I'd guess this one is more dense than a bread based version. It can be made with or without oysters. We always bake this separately from the turkey.

Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion, celery, and garlic in butter until tender
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding turkey stock to make desired consistency (well mixed and thick, not runny)
Step 3
Stuff in turkey or place in baking dish
Step 4
If baking separately, bake at 350° for 30 min
