Step 1
Add onions, potatoes and broth to large soup pot. Put on medium heat.
Step 2
In large skillet, cook the bacon and cut into small pieces then add mixture in pot. Brown sausage and pat dry to remove excess grease. Add sausage to pot.
Step 3
Cook on medium heat until onions tender and potatoes begin to fall apart
Step 4
Add kale and cream and heat until kale is tender. Add crushed red pepper as desired and serve.
