Step 1
1. Cut the pumpkin or squash into slices
Step 2
Coat them in oil, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Put them onto a sheet of baking paper

Crumble feta onto baking paper
Step 4
Cook in fan oven at 180º C for 45 minutes
