Instructions

Step 1
Wash broccoli and cut into small florets.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil.
Step 3
Add florets into boiling water for 6-8 minutes, until softened, but still green.
Step 4
Add butter and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Combine with milk until desired consistency is reached.
Step 6
Add juice from half a lemon. Flavor with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Give it a final mix and enjoy!
