Step 1
1. Dice onion and chop carrot, beans and tofu into small pieces
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add onion and minced garlic and fry until translucent
3. Add tofu and fry until golden
4. Add carrot and beans and cook until tender
5. Mix in recipe base and cream and cook until sauce thickens
6. Cook rice according to instructions and assemble with tofu
