Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Spray a 9x13 cassarole dish with cooking spray. Put chicken breasts in the middle of the dish. Spray each side of the chicken so the seasoning mix will stick to it. Coat both sides of the chicken with 1 packet of dressing mix.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into small bite-size pieces. Arrange potatoes around the chicken (but not covering the chicken). Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle ½ of one packet of dressing mix.
Step 4
Spoon the green beans on top of the potatoes around the chicken (again not covering the chicken). Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with the remaining ½ packet of dressing mix.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for about 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
