Instructions

Step 1
Rub olive oil on the four pieces of chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and rub into the chicken. Dredge the chicken cutlets in the flour and set aside. In a large skillet, on medium high, melt 3 Tbsp of butter. Add the dredged chicken. Cook for 5 minutes, then turn chicken over and cook 4 more minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside. Add the remaining butter and melt. Add garlic and crushed red pepper. Cook a minute or so, then turn down the heat to medium low. Add honey and cook one minute. Then add oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Simmer 3 minutes, then add chicken and simmer until cooked through, 165°.
