50glupin flour
20gprotein powder
1 Tbsptapioca flour
substitute with egg or flax egg
½ tspbaking powder
1 Tbspmonkfruit sweetener
sweetener of choice
salt
cinnamon
100mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
milk of choice
¼ tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Mix protein powder, flour and baking powder, tapioca flour amd sweetener together.
Step 2
Add in cinnamon and salt.
Step 3
Now whisk in milk until desired thickness, vanilla (and egg if you don’t use tapioca flour). Let sit for a few minutes to thicken while you heat a pan.
Step 4
Cook each side for a few minutes in medium heat until you can flip.
Step 5
Stack pancakes and add toppings to serve. Enjoy!
