½ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cupbutter
2 Tbspwhipped cream
1 tspvanilla
¼ tspSalt

Step 1
pre heat the oven at 180°C /
Step 2
put the sugar and butter in a bowl mix till el 3ageena tb2a fluffy and light
Step 3
add eggs vanilla and cream to the mix, stir till homogenous
Step 4
add cocoa powder flour and salt to the mixture
Step 5
divide the dough into 2 balls wrap them and put in the fridge for atleast 30 mins
Step 6
remove the dough from the fridge leave for 5 mins to rest
Step 7
roll each ball on a floured surface till its 18" thin
Step 8
cut the dough using round cookie cutter or a cup then arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper
Step 9
Bake for 12_15 mins ( the edges should be crispy and the center is soft

mix butter, Ghee and vanilla with a spoon till homogenous then add powder sugar ( bs lazem an5olo Kwayes )
Step 11
then put one tsp of cream between every 2 cookies
