Instructions
Step 1
- Preheat oven to 350 F - Grease two 8 1/2 inch pans or two 9 1/2 inch round pans
- Stir together flour, baking soda and salt
- In a separate bowl beat butter for 30 seconds
- Add one egg at a time, beating for 1 minute each - Stir in cooled chocolate and sour cream - Add dry ingredients and one cup cold water alternately while mixing - Pour in pans and bake for 30-35 minutes - Cool for 10 minutes - Remove from pans
