Chocolate cake
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Step 2
Whisk margarine and sugar to a spongy fluff.
Step 3
Mix cacao, vaniljja sugar, baking soda and flour in a bowl and then add the margarine.
Step 4
Add water and vinegar to the bowl and gently mix to a smooth batter.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. Take out the cake and poke holes in it with a fork.
Frosting
Step 6
Melt the margarine in the sauce pan and remove from the heat.
Step 7
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the coconut flakes, to a smooth frosting.
Step 8
Let the frosting cool down completely, before you spread it across the chocolate base. Start with a thin layer to fill all the holes you made with the fork, and then you spread a thicker layer on top of the first layer.
Step 9
Spread the coconut flakes over the cake and cut into 16 pieces.
