Step 1
Cup measurements can vary depending on how you are scooping the flour (we fluff the flour, lightly scoop it, and level with a knife). So I recommend using a kitchen scale to measure out the flour amounts by weight. This is the only way you'll get a consistently accurate measurement.
Step 2
1. Take 2 cups of self rising flour into a mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of Greek yogurt. By using food processor or your hands mix it well. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil.

2. Do not add water and keep mixing it. If needed add little bit of water. When the dough gets ready take some olive oil on your palm and apply on dough.

3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 to 30 minutes. While the dough let for rising prepare your veggies. Chop them in slice cut. You can use any choice of your veggies.

4. I like all colored peppers, onions, pineapple and jalapeños in my pizza. You can add pepperoni, chicken or any choice of your meat as well.

5. Now it’s time to make pizza. Take a medium big ball size of dough. Sprinkle some flour on pizza board and start making pizza. You can keep the thickness as you want.

6. Preheat your oven at 500 degree Fahrenheit. The more your over will heat, more your pizza will get crispier and golden brown.

7. Apply butter garlic crust on edge. Apply pizza sauce. I have used mine @raoshomemade pizza sauce. Add mozzarella and finally add all veggies and sprinkle some Italian seasoning and some red crushed pepper.

8. Pizza is ready to go to oven. Let it cook until you see cheese is bubbling and the crust looks golden brown.
Step 10
9. When it’s done turn off and start broiling. When you see brown cheesy pizza, turned it off and take it out.
Step 11
10. Let it cool down and cut in slices. Serve with garlic bread and choice of your wine.
