Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook pasta or rice per pkg. directions. Drain pasta, rinse under lukewarm water, and toss with 1 Tbsp oil and ½ tsp salt.
2. Pat shrimp dry, then toss in bowl with ½ tsp each salt and pepper.

3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high. Add shrimp and cook, flipping halfway through, 4 min. Transfer to plate (they’ll finish cooking later).
Step 3
4. Heat remaining Tbsp oil on medium. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 min. Add garlic and cook 1 min. Add wine and simmer until reduced by half, 1 min. Add ½ tsp salt, lemon zest and juice, and butter; simmer until slightly reduced, 1 to 2 min. Add shrimp and cook until heated through, 1 min. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately with pasta, rice, or bread, drizzled with any pan juices.
