Step 1
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add a drizzle of oil and the shredded hashbrowns; cook undisturbed for 6-7 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until they are done to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
In another bowl, whisk the egg beaters, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Add to the same pan over low heat and scramble to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add the frozen peppers and onions and cook for 5-6 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste. While the peppers and onions are cooking, make the gravy.
Step 4
Add a portion of the hashbrowns, eggs, peppers and onions, and turkey sausage; top with gravy and cheddar cheese.
