Instructions
Step 1
beat the eggs until pale
Step 2
add honey, zests, extract and beat
Step 3
place ½ of the oats in a food processor and blend add rest of oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and pulse once
Step 4
add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix
Step 5
add fruit and nuts and mix
Step 6
preheat oven to 170 degrees and line 2 baking trays with parchment
Step 7
divide the dough between the trays and make a flat bar
Step 8
bake for 30 mins, remove from the oven and cool for 10 mins
Step 9
peel from the parchment and place on a chopping board
Step 10
cut 10 slices per bar and lay back on the trays and bake for another 10 mins
