1red onion
medium, thinly sliced

4tomatoes
fresh medium, cut into bite-sized wedges

1cucumber
large, sliced

1red bell pepper
core, seeded, and chopped

1green bell pepper
core, seeded, and chopped

8 ouncesKalamata olives
drained and pits removed

4 tablespoonscapers
drained

½ cupcrumbled feta cheese

Instructions
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine the onion, tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, olives, and capers.
Step 2
Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl, then pour the dressing over the salad, toss well, then garnish with the feta and serve.
