Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°c

Step 2
In a medium bowl, add flour (remember to sift), cream, and lemonade, and mix with a butter knife until mostly combined (cannot substitute this with anything else).

Line baking trays with baking paper.


Step 4
Flour a flat surface and place dough. Knead a few times (only 2-3 times to bring it together) and lightly flatten till it's around 3cm thick. Use a circular cookie cutter (6cm) to cut them (do not twist the cutter) and use a butter knife to pick them up and place them on the baking tray (they have to be touching each other, this helps them rise).

Step 5
Bake them for 12 minutes (times may vary for different ovens and remember to check on them after 6 minutes and turn them around).

Step 6
Take them out and allow them to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add toppings of your choice.
