Instructions
Step 1
Heat up olive oil in a pan
Step 2
Add in the onion and sauté until a little transparent.
Step 3
Turn up the heat to high and add in the chicken. Cook just until it turns white. Add in your spices and add the water immediately. (if you don’t the paprika can turn bitter)
Step 4
Turn the heat down to medium. Cover and let cook for about 15-20 minutes
Step 5
After the 20 minutes add in the heavy cream, flour and stir.
Step 6
Cover and cook for another 5-10 minutes
Step 7
Turn off the heat and let rest for a little bit (5-10minutes)
Step 8
Serve with rice, pasta rice, or pasta
