Large can Chicken - Shred in a medium size bowl, add onion powder and garlic powder, a little salt, add small amount of enchilada sauce to moisten, stir to mix together. put 2T of chicken mixture on a tortilla and some shredded cheese, roll up and put in greased pan. cover with enchilada sauce and top with more cheese. bake at 350° for 25 min.
