3Cherry Tomatoes

2Shallots
cut into rings
3 ClovesGarlic
finely sliced
1 tspsesame seeds roasted
3 TbspPeanuts
chopped and roasted
1 TbspChickpea Flour
roasted
2 Tbspsoy sauce
3 Tbspoil
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the Ginger in the Lemon Juice for 12 hours
Step 2
Heat 3 tbsp Oil on a low flame and fry the Garlic until they are slightly brown and put them aside
Step 3
In the same Oil fry the Shallots until they are brown and put also aside.
Step 4
Mix the flavored Oil with Lemon Juice and Ginger.
Step 5
Mix all the Ingredients and let it rest for 30 minutes
