Harissa beef sirloin with pepper and lemon sauce
This came out a bit spicy. I also added more water while simmering the sauce to thicken it out.

Instructions
Step 1
Place beef in a bowl, add 1.5tbsp harissa, .5tsp salt and some black pepper. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Bring to room temp before cooking.
Step 2
For sauce, preheat broiler and cook peppers for 20-25 minutes turning twice until charred all over. Place in bowl and cover with plastic wrap. When cool, remove skins and cut flesh into long thin straps. Discard skin and seeds
Step 3
Put 2tbsp oil in pan on med heat. Add 1 minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add 400g chopped tin tomatoes with juice, .5tsp red pepper flakes, .25 tsp paprika, .5tsp salt, and pepper. Simmer and cook for 7 min or until thick. Set aside to cool.
Step 4
Place frying Pan on high. When smoking hot add steak and cook 4-5minutes turning after 2 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with salt and rest for 10min.
Step 5
Sprinkle with parsley and wedge of lemon.
