Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat deep fryer to 325 F.
Step 2
Season wings with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Top with potato starch, flour, corn starch, and eggs. Mix to combine.
Step 3
Place wings in deep fryer for about 10-12 minutes. Remove and increase to 350 F. Fry for another 10 minutes or until minimum internal temp 165 F.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add oil, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens stirring occasionally. The sauce will thicken more once cooled.
Step 5
Place wings in a bowl pour the sauce. Toss to combine.
Step 6
Top with chives and sesame seeds
