Whisk together egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, pour in milk, whisk again.

Mix flour with baking powder and sieve into egg batter. Mix the batter well and add cinnamon.

Piel the apples, grate them with a bigger grater and blend into the batter using a spoon.
Step 6
Preheat some oil in a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of batter for each pancake, and fry them on both sides until they get a nice golden color. Serve hot with jam and sour cream or other favorite toppings.
