Instructions

Prep Work

Step 1
Dice the onion and bell peppers into quarter inch or smaller pieces

Mince the garlic and rosemary and set to the side
Step 3
Squeeze the two lemons and mix the lemon juice with the Worcestershire, hot sauce, and beer. Set to the side

Season the shrimp generously with creole seasoning

Cooking

Step 5
Bring a large pan up to medium heat, add a little oil, and cook the shrimp. Set aside

To the same pan add a little oil if needed, the onions and bell peppers. Add about 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Cook until onions are nearly translucent. Add mushrooms as well if you want

Add the garlic to the pan, let it cook for 2 minutes and mix it in, then add the rosemary and let it cook for 30 seconds and mix it in

Step 8
Now that the veggies are cooked, add the sauce mixture and the shrimp back in. Bring to a boil and then lower the temperature and let simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. We want the sauce to reduce by about half
Step 9
Now that the sauce is reduced, add the butter, melting and mixing it in. Let the butter cook in for another 5 minutes then serve over/with rice.
