Ingredients
6 servings

1.5 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 cuponion
diced

1 tspdried dill

1 tsppaprika

1 Tbspdried parsley

4 ozcream cheese
added on day of cooking

½ cupsour cream
added on day of cooking

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
added on the day of cooking

½ cupchicken broth
added on day of cooking
palmini noodles
Instructions
Step 1
1) Prepare your label, make sure to include name, instructions, and a use-by date (I recommend 90 days after prep date).
Step 2
2) Add all ingredients to the freezer bag except the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and chicken broth.
Step 3
3) Remove air, seal, attach the label and freeze until ready to cook.
Crockpot Instructions
Step 4
-From thawed, transfer the contents into the Crockpot and add the cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and chicken broth. Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high, until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
-When done cooking, take the chicken out, shred with two forks, and mix back into the cheese sauce.

Serve alongside your favorite vegetable and garnish with fresh parsley or green onion!
