Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine tuna and rice and mash together.

2. Add mayo and sriracha and continue to mash together.

3. Fold in furikake.

4. Place a half sheet of nori onto a clean surface and top half the nori with about 2 ounces of the salmon mixture.

5. Top with a slice of avocado and a few pieces of cucumber.
Step 6
6. Starting with the bottom, salmon filled corner of nori, roll on an angle into a cone, wetting the ends of the nori to get them to stick, if needed.
Step 7
7. Serve.
