Instructions
Step 1
Dice raw sushi-grade tuna into 1/4” cubes.
Step 2
Soak dry seaweed in water following the instructions on the packaging.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine fish cubes and seaweed.
Step 4
Finely chop pickled ginger. Combine ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil, and keep at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Strain the dressing into the bowl with fish and seaweed and mix well. Finely chop chives and reserve for serving. Serve cold poke-tini in cold martini glasses topped with chives and sesame seeds.
