Instructions

Step 1
Bake a potato for 45 minutes, slice in half and scoop out the middle, mix together tortilla chips, cheese, chilli, onion and salsa with the scooped out potato. Re-fill the potatoes with the mixtures and then bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 180*C. Top with sour cream and serve
