Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onions and peppers in butter about 1 minute then add hamburger meat and cook through.
Step 2
Then make well for tomato paste, bloom in middle of pan for about a minute smashing then mix in to peppers and browned meat.
Step 3
Add in everything else except the brown sugar. Simmer with lid 15 minutes. Then add in the brown sugar and stir and simmer with lid on for 5 minutes.
