Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
1. Caramelize sugar, slow low heat (in metal, not nonstick) want it light brown.

2. Divide equally among 12 ramekins
Step 4
3. Blend liquid ingredients

4. Then pour onto caramelized sugar
Step 6
5. Add liquid bath to oven safe container with ramekins in place.
Step 7
6. Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes (rack in middle)
Step 8
7. Uncover, bake for another 30 minutes until solid.
