Pollock, cod, halibut

½ teaspoonpaprika

½ tspcumin

1 tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper

¼ cupflour

2 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspbutter
or sub I use Earth Balance, non soy blend

½ cupsour cream
or plant based alternative

⅓ cupmayonnaise

2 Tbspfresh lime juice
one lime

1 tspgarlic powder

½ tspSriracha sauce

taco shells
soft

0.25 headred cabbage
sliced thin

Onion
sliced paper thin

Cucumber
peeled and diced

quartered, splash after assembly
Instructions
Step 1
Mix dry seasonings and flour in small bowl, set aside.
Step 2
Place thawed, cubed fish in a roomy bowl and toss w seasonings and flour. Cover and place in fridge while working on other prep.
Step 3
Make lime crema: whisk sour cream, mayo, lime juice, garlic powder, Sriracha. Return to fridge.
Step 4
Prep toppings.
Step 5
Heat olive oil and butter on high, add fish, cook briefly on first side until light brown. Flip , cook briefly,test for doneness (will flake w fork easily).
Step 6
Warm tortillas in microwave.
Step 7
Assemble tacos. Tortilla , veggies next, fish on top. Top with crema.
