Step 1
Cut the chicken breast in half. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Crack the egg in to a large plate. Pure in the milk and whisk until well combined. To another plate add the bread crumbs.

Dip the chicken breast it in the egg mixture. Then coat it in the bread crumbs.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. Add the chicken breast: Fry for about 3 min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Slice the tomato, onion and fried chicken.
Step 6
Place the lettuce, tomatoes and onions in the front center of the wrap.
Step 7
Now put the meat on top and pour the French dressing over it. Sprinkle on the dried oregano.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
