½ cuprolled oats

½ cupalmond milk

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspmaca powder

2egg whites

Instructions
Step 1
Combine oats and almond milk in a bowl and microwave for 1:00 Stir in 2 egg whites and microwave for another :45 - :50 until egg whites are cooked through. Repeat for :20 increments
Step 2
Stir in the cinnamon, maca powder, coconut sugar and vanilla. Let the oats sit while preparing the caramelized banana
Step 3
Slice up the banana into 1 inch thick coins and sautée for 2-5 minutes on each side in a lightly sprayed pan
Step 4
Layer the caramelized bananas over the oats and top with 1 tbsp raw almond butter, 1 tsp cacao nibs and 2 tsp date syrup
Step 5
