Step 1
Slice onion finely.
Step 2
Slice chicken and season with salt and pepper place ins seperate bowl. Pour 1/4 of Singapore middle recipe base into bowl and coat the chicken in the marinade.
Step 3
Put rice noodles in bowl with boiling water. Leave for a couple of minutes then drain.
Step 4
Brown onion in a hot pan. Once browned, add chicken and brown all sides.
Step 5
Once onion and chicken are browned, add the slaw mix into the pan and toss. Add the rest of the Singapore noodle sauce to the pan.
Step 6
Continue mixing everything in the pan. Finally, add the middle to the pan and mix together.
Step 7
Serve hot or cold!
