Homemade flaky oat-free granola using coconut flakes, nuts, honey and a bit of GF-flour and oil. Has a good amount of fiber and healthy fats.

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients, stir honey and oil together, then combine. Bake 30 minutes @300° stirring halfway through. Watch carefully because it burns easily (on a dark pan lower heat to 275°)
Then add raisins after stirring one last time and put back into the oven and turn off the heat and let it dry out for a few hours. Put in airtight container and use 1/2 cup per serving. Rich, crunchy and wonderful as a topping on smoothies, almond yogurt, slices banannas, etc
