Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven at 180°C
Step 2
Mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, soy milk and maple syrup
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt)
Step 4
Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes
Step 6
Let the banana bread sit in the loaf pan for 10 minutes before transferring on a wire rack to cool completely
