10. Fill with eggs ⅔ full then gently seal the top of the dough, repeat until the dough runs out

11. Prepare boiling water, boil pempek for 10 minutes, drain then fry until golden yellow, drain

12. For cuko sauce, grind dried shrimp, cayenne pepper, garlic with a little water
