Put the fish in a pot, pour in cold water and bring it to boil. Boil for ~15 minutes until the fish starts to crumble. Then remove fish pieces from the water (if the pieces crumbled a bit, then you can strain it through the sieve). Place the fish in a bowl, mash it with hands or fork.

Dice celery, bell pepper and onion, and put together in a bowl with fish.
Step 4
Add the remaining in the fish mass, mix well.

Preheat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Put 1 big tbsp. of fish mass to the pan, form a round fritter and fry it on both sides. That’s how fry all the fritters. Place fried fritters on a paper towel to absorb the oil. Serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!

Žuvį sudedame į puodą, užpilame šaltu vandeniu ir užverdame. Verdame ~15 min, kol žuvis pradeda trupėti. Išvirtą žuvį išimame iš vandens (jei kiek sutrupėjo, galite vandenį nukošti per sietelį). Žuvį sudedame į dubenį, sutriname rankomis arba šakute.
