Step 1
Season chicken breasts
Step 2
Add olive oil to medium high heat pan and cook chicken for 10-12 mins flipping half way through or until chicken is cooked through
Step 3
Remove chicken, put it on a plate to keep warm
Step 4
Add minced garlic to pan and cook for around 1 min.
Step 5
Add chicken broth and stir until warmed then add heavy whipping cream, Dijon mustard & whisk until thickened
Step 6
Add chicken into sauce and spoon sauce over the top
Step 7
Remove from pan and serve however you’d like! I served over sautéed green beans and drizzled more sauce once plated! Enjoy!!
