Instructions
Step 1
Fry chopped onions in some oil then add ginger and garlic pastes and mix for 1 minute
Step 2
Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and all spices (salt, corriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chilli flakes). Cover and cook masala on low heat for 10 mins until it forms a paste
Step 3
Add chicken and cook on high heat until it changes colour
Step 4
Add 1 glass water and 1 cup peas (You can swap peas with 4-5 chopped potatoes too or add both). Once it starts boiling, cover and cook on low heat for 15mins
Step 5
Add corriander, fenugreek leaves and garam masala and cook on low heat for further 5mins
Step 6
Serve with tarka rice or roti
