Instructions

Step 1
Slice green onion and place in bowl with semi dried tomatoes
Step 2
Dice potatoes and place in microwave safe container with a little water. Microwave for 3.5 mins
Step 3
Cut up chicken and add to a pan on medium heat
Step 4
Turn chicken after cooked on one side, add oil and drained potatoes. Turn heat to high
Step 5
Add salt, pepper and garlic
Step 6
Add lemon juice after chicken is cooked
Step 7
Cook lemon juice out, add semi dried tomatoes and green onions. Mix together and serve in bowl
Step 8
Add Greek yoghurt on the side
