1 cupgrand marnier
1 stickunsalted butter
1 cupslivered almonds
2 cupschicken broth

diced
½ cupdried cranberries
½ tspdried thyme

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot sauté celery, mushrooms, onions.
Step 2
In a separate pan cook the sausage, then add to the large pot with mushrooms, celery
Step 3
Cut bread into crouton size, shake in a bag with olive oil and then add dried thyme, sage, and garlic and shake again.
Step 4
Bake croutons at 300 until they are hard but not brown
Step 5
Add broth and croutons to the large pot and stir at medium heat
Step 6
Add dried apricots, cranberries, almonds and grand marnier to large pot and stir
Step 7
If you want a crust, put stuffing on a baking pan and into the oven at 375
