Instructions
Step 1
Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 2
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder together, and add to zucchini mixture. Blending well.
Step 3
Stir in chopped nuts.
Step 4
Grease and flour lightly 2 - 5x9x4 inch loaf pans.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until bread test is done.
