2 x 8 ozcream cheese
1 lbBacon
smoked if possible
jalapeños canned
Diced, or fresh
1can corn
Cheese
for topping, Gouda, pepper jack, etc
Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat smoker to 225
2. Smoke the bacon, set aside.
3. Add cream cheese to cast iron skillet. Place on grill until softened.
4. Add corn, bacon, and jalapeños to skillet. Mix evenly.
5. Smoke for 1-2 hours on 225, stirring occasionally
6. Top with shredded cheese 20 minute before serving. Allow to melt 7. Serve with your favorite chip
