Warm Cumin, Asparagus, Tomato, Quinoa Salad

Step 1
Cook quinoa.
Step 2
In skillet on med-high, warm oil. Once simmered add cumin. Heat for less than one minute. Add asparagus, cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes until slightly charred but green.
Step 3
In bowl, add asparagus, quinoa, tomatoes, garlic, salt, and chile. Add 1 tablespoon oil and mix.
Step 4
Before serving add lime juice.
