Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Step 2
Stir in the V8 juice, dry soup mix, con- tents of noodle seasoning packet and mixed vegetables.
Step 3
Bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 6 min- utes or until vegetables are tender.
Step 5
Return to a boil; stir in noodles.
Step 6
Cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
