400gminced beef

Pancetta cubes

1onion
diced

1 tspgarlic

Lasagne sheets
broken into small pieces

1 cartonpassata

1 packetmozzarella

1 tspdried oregano

1 tspdried rosemary

Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, pancetta and onion over medium-high heat stirring occasionally until browned. Drain excess grease if necessary. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for one minute
Step 2
Pour over the passata. Fill the passata carton with water and pour this over too. Add the herbs and any veg and season, then stir.
Step 3
Push the lasagne pieces into the sauce and cover. Simmer over a medium to medium-low heat for 15 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally. (Put garlic bread in the oven)
Step 4
Remove pan from the heat and top with grated cheddar and ripped mozzarella. Put under the grill for 3-4 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.
